Hammond Casino Horseshoe Casino Hammond, located approximately 20 minutes from Chicago, is a 400,000-square-foot (37,000 m2) property containing gaming, entertainment, restaurants, bars, and lounges. Air Enterprises was called on to design, get approved, fabricate, test and ship parallel air handling units with common corridors within fifteen weeks of notice of intent to award an order. The overall size of the assembly was 38’0” wide, 97’0” long, and 12’5” high. As casino operations are essentially twenty-four hours per day, three hundred sixty-five days per year, unit and component reliability was critical.
