The clients brief was to embrace current renewable technologies available to demonstrate their commitment to the environment and provide a sustainable heating solution for their facility. As well as the Garden Centre and 80-berth marina, this development also includes a chandlery, restaurant, garden park and crazy golf course and hotel.
