Description The ancient city of Jinan, fondly called ‘Spring City’ because of the 72 famous artesian springs in the capital, is formally entering the era of skyscrapers. The design of its latest and tallest addition, the Greenland Puli Center, is inspired by the natural hot springs of Jinan.
