The Situation The project consists of two towers: Granite’s 17Seventeen McKinney, a 19-story, 361,542-square-foot Class AA office space, and Gable’s Park Seventeen, a 25-story building with 292 luxury apartments over six levels of parking. A one-acre landscaped deck on the seventh-floor level between the towers connects the office and residential buildings. The project showcases new technologies, control sys- tems and building methods.
