Going Dutch – Furness Logistics Netherlands-based Furness Logistics is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of third party warehouse and distribution services, with clients including Henkel, Suzuki, Fina, Shell and Tomy. When the company opened their 40, 000 sq.ft. distribution centre in Milton Keynes, they chose Redirack to design and install the storage system. The system comprises 10 runs of wide aisle racking, with either 3 or 4 beam levels. Column protectors and rack-end barriers have been incorporated into the design, while the front legs of the uprights are fitted with Redirack’s sacrificial leg.
