Glazing Manufacturing, Blower Room PROJECT: Glazing Manufacturing APPLICATION DETAILS: Blower room acoustic enclosure and inlet attenuator SUPPLY SCOPE: The blower room enclosure measured approx. 9.5m long x 7.8m wide 3.6m high, and was sat on a platform (supplied and installed by others), 4m above ground level. Acoustic panels for the platform ?oor were also supplied. Inlet air for the blower plant was drawn through a large 5m wide x 3.6m high attenuator mounted on the side wall of the enclosure. The attenuator was extended out from the platform, and supported by means of a steel ‘goal-post’ frame. Installation was undertaken on site, and required the use of a mini-crane for lifting of the components PRODUCT SELECTION AND PERFORMANCE: The enclosure and attenuator were selected to reduce n
