Glade Springs Hotel & Resort Expansion Study Glade Springs, West Virginia Mr. Hunden evaluated the application to the West Virginia Tourism Development Act (WVTDA) for the development of an expansion to the Glade Springs Resort. The recreational resort is comprised of 4,100 acres in the hills of West Virginia that includes a 154-room lodge, two 18-hole championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa, equestrian center and 9,000 square feet of meeting space. Positioned as a day-meeting and short-stay recreational resort, the owners wished to transform the property into a full-service corporate conference center that would also serve as a full-service resort destination.
