GK Two-Mass and Brute Force Technologies Working in Harmony

A waste to energy facility in the New York area operates with a collection pit under the Boiler which is constantly filling with both wet and dry combined ash 24 hours a day. This ash is loaded out with a clamshell crane directly onto a General Kinematics Vibratory Main Ash Transfer Conveyor. The GK Vibratory Main Ash Conveyor directly feeds a GK Two-Mass Vibratory Grizzly Screen in-line which separates the “unders” from the “bulkies”. The “unders” are then metered by a GK Two-Mass Vibratory Feeder feeding an inclined belt conveyor to the metals recovery area for further processing. Subsequently, an incline belt conveyor feeds a GK Two-Mass Vibratory Rod Deck Screen for a minus -3/8” separation before the Drum Magnet.
