A collaborative team developed a robust, end-to-end solution in just four weeks, powered by Google Cloud and incorporating human-in-the-loop oversight. The system reduced manual effort by 90%, saving 9,360 hours and \$277,377 annually, while improving data extraction accuracy from 50% to 92%. As the model self-learns daily, five FTEs were freed to focus on strategic goals, reinforcing Eletrobras’ leadership in the renewable energy sector.
