In 2016, Gresham Smith designed indoor and outdoor amenity areas for a proposed multi-family mixed-use facility in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood. The team created an interior concept with a rened industrial aesthetic utilizing a mix of neutral timeless materials and an upbeat vibe. The amenity spaces oered a broad spectrum of private, small gatherings and low-key lounge space to high-energy entertainment zones that ow throughout the property.
