Fusion, a BPO services company founded in 2004 with 7,000+ employees across headquarters in India and the U.S. and branches in nine countries, needed to simplify a hard-to-manage, mixed cybersecurity setup that varied by office. SonicWall proposed standardizing on its current-generation next-generation firewalls with performance improvements and SD-WAN, and Fusion deployed more than 15 pairs of NSa Series NGFWs in high-availability configurations, plus added HA appliances to seven existing NSa firewalls and secured a six-year support subscription. The move delivered single-pane-of-glass management and reporting, cloud-based operations, improved agility through Secure SD-WAN, and higher business continuity at a lower total cost of ownership due to SonicWall’s HA licensing policy.
