Fulfillment Strategies International (FSI), a third-party logistics provider, outgrew their legacy system and struggled with a failed system implementation in 2019. In June 2020, they adopted Deposco’s warehouse management system (WMS), which greatly enhanced their order picking efficiency and inventory accuracy. The WMS automated complex workflows, provided real-time inventory data, and simplified client integrations. Since then, FSI has achieved a 44% increase in orders picked per month, a 10.6% rise in orders picked per hour, and maintained 99.88% inventory accuracy. The system also freed up their IT team to focus on other projects.
