The Fire Service College wished to oer a high standard of comfort for the many delegates and overseas students (often bringing their families with them) that they welcome for weeks or even months at a time. This three story building was constructed using our line loaded system. This system has been developed to allow a greater level of t-out with each bed space being 95% complete in our factory. Utilising our bespoke approach and in conjunction with the client’s team we developed a more ecient build process – as an example historically, residential units for hotels are single unit construction, where each room is housed within a single module. However following initial design discussions we proved that using a large line loaded frame we could in fact build a ‘room – corridor – room’ l
