Recently, the Medical Faculty Associates (MFA) joined this system, gaining better visibility into spending and improving vendor relationships. The university has automated processes, reducing paper usage to 98%, and improved efficiency through real-time tracking, automated approvals, and mobility. Future plans include further automation of invoice processing and financial corrections, enhancing transparency and governance across departments.
