Following reports of structural deformation at two existing transmission towers in Scotland, CGL was appointed to undertake a detailed geotechnical desk study, including a mining risk assessment, within the locality of the towers. The study allowed CGL to establish likely movement mechanisms and provide recommendations for further works to confirm initial assumptions.
