Peter Brett (PBA) | Falkirk and Grangemouth Infrastructure Planning Falkirk and Grangemouth Infrastructure Planning Falkirk and Grangemouth Infrastructure Planning PBA led preparation of a Development Framework for Falkirk and Grangemouth, one of the UK’s main oil and petrochemicals centres and a key node for Scotland’s logistics industry. We created a multi-partner action plan to secure the economic growth potential of the area for Scotland’s economy. We were then commissioned to assess the economic effects of infrastructure works associated with the council’s ultimately successful bid for tax increment finance.
