FAIRPORT ENGINEERING Ardagh Glass Factory Fairport Engineering Ltd January to May 2009 Ron Hull Demolition were tasked with the demolition of the former Ardagh Glass Factory, Worksop, which was to make way for a recycling plant for MBA Polymers (UK) Ltd. The project required meticulous planning as sections of the factory were to remain: - Explosive demolition of Batch Plant and Chimney - Removal of contaminants - Asbestos Removal Works. The project was completed on time with zero reportable incidents.
