Southern Region Southern Region Industrial Industrial Project Overview Project Overview In April of 2011, Baker began construction on the ExxonMobil Campus Project located in Woodlands, TX. Baker was contracted for a turnkey concrete scope for several elements of the project consisting of over 7,500 lf of utility tunnel, 3,000,000 sf of parking in three (3) cast in place garages, a self-contained 300,000 sf Central Utility Plant, two roadway bridges and fourteen (14) individual oce buildings totaling over 3,800,000 sf.
