Expanding San Francisco BART from Warm Springs to Berryessa Staying on schedule as plans change requires great project management skills. San Francisco’s 10-mile Warm Springs Extension project was a collaboration between LTK and three partners. LTK performed complex systems engineering on a Fast Track schedule, including design and communication systems. The systems engineering included more than 560 integrated design elements, all requiring coordination with civil/structural infrastructure and track design. The project team included LTK veteran engineers from our Seattle, Portland, Denver, Ambler, PA, and Boston offices.
