The platform identified high base load due to 24/7 air conditioning, leading to targeted corrections. Additional energy-saving actions included AHU CO₂ sensor control, temperature sensor optimization, and BMS programming. By 2015, electricity use dropped 36% and gas 77% vs. 2010. Now expanded to 8 sites, the system enables real-time monitoring, project tracking, and sustained efficiency gains.
