······················································································································································································································· EMS & First Responders The North East Wisconsin Regional Trauma Advisory Council (NEWRTAC) is focused on injury prevention, reducing the severity of injuries and decreasing of deaths. Their objective is to optimize the quality of care and outcomes for all trauma patients. In the summer of 2016, NEWRTAC began a new initiative, to develop and implement a standard for internet connectivity and data communications equipment to be rolled out for all EMS vehicles in northeast Wisconsin.
