Empowering healthcare consumers with intuitive and personalized self- service tools When a major retailer offered to conduct a pilot test of SoloHealth’s self- service vision-testing kiosk, MAYA helped to create and implement a shared vision of the user experience. The challenge was to move past a rough proof-of-concept to a real and engaging product for in-store use. MAYA developed a comprehensive research plan to gather feedback from users, collect data to help validate SoloHealth’s business plan, and create a path for continuous improvement. The result was a personalized, targeted and interactive tool that gives users easy and free access to information about their health and empowers them to act.
