Emporio City Hamburg Country Germany Architect HPP Architects Construction period 2009 - 20011 The project consists of a revitalized office tower and a new building housing offices and commercial space, residences and a hotel with 325 rooms. The above-ground parts of both buildings is 60,000 square meters. HOCHTIEF supported and optimized the project already in the planning phase. The office tower was awarded the internationally renowned U.S. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum sustainability certification.
