In partnership with WTW, a high-tech company with 17,000 employees globally redeveloped its wellbeing strategy, following an employee survey revealing significant wellbeing challenges. The strategy refresh focused on ensuring global consistency, meeting diverse workforce needs, and addressing identified gaps. Key initiatives included adopting a new mental health vendor, establishing onsite counseling, and enhancing family support solutions. The strategy, built on physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing pillars and viewed through a DEI lens, also involved developing resources for managers and creating a wellbeing champion network. This comprehensive approach led to recognition as one of Glassdoor's best places to work in 2023.
