Case Study Employability Innovation The Employability team for Brighton & Hove Council supports local residents in returning to work, to find appropriate apprenticeships, and training courses. Brighton & Hove Council has been using the MegaNexus solution since 2012, and in that time has successfully supported tens of thousands of people in the local area to find gainful employment, with a particular focus on the construction industry, which is a key employer in the region. MegaNexus provides Brighton & Hove Council with a Social Prescription Channel, a CMS (Case Management System) and a Reporting module. The Social Prescription Channel is the Service User’s access to the service, and is used to assess their levels of literacy along with their skills and aspiration
