Black Box delivered a solution with Radian Flex Video Wall software, Emerald KVM over IP, Boxilla management, Freedom KM switches, and ControlBridge panels. The setup included a 12-screen video wall in headquarters and nine remote displays, with all sources back-racked in a secure server room. Operators now access systems seamlessly, monitor multiple sources, and broadcast content to remote sites. The solution enhanced real-time decision-making, reliability, and readiness for future 4K and virtualization upgrades.
