Russell Construction constructed the seven storey Motel One Hotel on Cross Street, in Manchester’s city centre following successful completion of a Motel One in the city centre close to Manchester’s Piccadilly. Russell Construction demolished the vacant office accommodation and retained the historic stone facade to maintain the architectural character of the area. Project Description: 279 Bathroom Pods Elements Europe manufactured 279 Bathroom Pods for the Hotel, comprising of 261 en-suite Bathroom Pods with showers and 18 disabled access Bathroom Pods designed to full accessible standards.
