Premier Inn, Woolwich The Client Elements Europe has manufactured, delivered and installed 120 modular bedrooms to a Premier Inn in Woolwich, for its client Berkeley Homes. The Premier Inn forms part of Berkeley Homes’ Royal Arsenal Riverside project, which has seen huge investment within the area. Project Description: 120 Room Modules Elements Europe manufactured 120 Room Modules according to Premier Inn’s ID4 specification which were then installed into the 6 storey building. Elements Europe also manufactured and delivered stair cores and linen rooms, as well as flat roof cassettes with offsite manufactured plant rooms.
