Case Study eLabNext manages all samples at Singh LabGoal Our short-term goal is to investigate how chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) impact T cell biology and function. Our long-term goal is to develop enhanced therapies using CAR T cells for patients with cancer. Dr. Nathan Singh, Principal Investigator and Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Oncology in the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, established the Singh Lab in August 2019. It is a translational immunology research lab focused on improving immunotherapies for patients with blood cancer. Dr. Singh also attends on the inpatient bone marrow transplantation and immunotherapy clinical services at affiliated hospitals and centers, including Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Childr
