Easingwold Memorial Park held a lot of sentiment in the hearts of many at Image Playgrounds, being located in the busy Market Town where many of the sta grew up. They used the existing play area as a child and some now take their own children back there. The sta here were delighted when Easingwold Town Council were awarded funding from North Yorkshire County Council for refurbishing the Memorial Park with a Play Builder scheme. Consultations took place with the Town Council as well as the local school children in order to fully grasp the desires for the play area. A presentation was held at the town library for locals to come and have their say. Our proposed design was a clear favourite with an array of natural materials mixed with undulating surfacing gave the play area a new dimension.
