Our installation within the entrance area to Durham Business School perfectly demonstrates how a single monolithic illuminated ceiling can transform an area. Stretch Ceilings installed 27 square metres of translucent stretch fabric in one curved panel with LED lighting above to create a clean, crisp finish. The stretch material is accessible, offers 75% light transmission and is lightweight at only 0.2mm thick. Behind the stretch fabric we have used QuadLink 6500K Daylight White LED lighting modules, these provide an even illumination as a result of considered layout and testing in our workshop. The modules last up to 50,000 hours, are IP68 rated, and are also available with DALI/DSI compatibility. The successful marriage of light and stretch diffuser creates an outstanding even monolith
