Examining the costs for the initial build-out as well as subsequent reconfigurations showed that a readily adaptable workspace would save significant costs throughout its lifetime.When Duff & Phelps developed its 16,000 square foot Atlanta offi ce, the design goals were clear. The fi rm wanted to move away from a traditional, dark look and create a spacious, modern space that better refl ected its forward-thinking values and perspective.
