The Situation A top-30 pharmaceutical company was conducting two phase 3, multicentre, randomized, double-blind studies to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a treatment for a serious dermatological condition. The first involved 81 sites across 9 countries; the second trial involved 83 sites across 11 countries. In any clinical trial, an efficient and adaptable recruitment strategy requires structured, engaging, on-demand training and fast onboarding of sites and new site staff to ensure consistency in the distribution of information and instructions across all regions participating in the study.
