RUFC Demolition of Gloystarne Building Rotherham United Football Club September 2010 The former Gloystarne Building just off the Town Centre in Rotherham, has been demolished by Ron Hull Demolition Ltd of Rotherham. The demolition work comprised the removal of considerable contents of the building under strict Waste Management Rules and Regulations, followed by controlled demolition by Mechanical Excavator with Shear attachment. All work was completed in record time, and residual brick and concrete has been left on site for re-use in the subsequent construction work. The area is to form Car Parking for the new Football Stadium for Rotherham United Football Club.
