Delivering real time passenger information for Scottish buses As transport consultants on two of the UK’s most successful real time passenger information (RTPI) and fleet management systems, we have had a significant impact on the quality and availability of live bus information across south-east Scotland. The City of Edinburgh & Lothian Buses ‘bustracker’ system provides accurate live bus information across the entire Lothian Buses network, covering 730 buses and over 2000 stops. It is now an everyday part of bus travel in and around Edinburgh with live information available on 450 street signs and over 12 million queries per month made through web, mobile and app services.
