With 126 department stores, Debenhams is one of the largest retailers in the UK and Ireland. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS The roof was originally covered in mineral felt and had air conditioning units scattered over the 5000m 2 . However, the mineral felt had failed; this had caused water ingress into the building below from areas on the roof where standing water had formed.
