Mercia Marina, located in South Derbyshire UK, can comfortably accommodate over 630 boats, making the marina one of the largest inland marinas in Europe. Primarily offering a boat yard and residential mooring opportunities, the marina required a building contractor to deliver their ambitious plans for further expansion, to create retail and shopping opportunities, as well as increased bar and restaurant facilities. The project consisted of a new “Piazza Building” to house shops and offices, along with bar and restaurant facilities.
