CASE STUDY DAIKIN CEILING UNIT INSTALLATION Air Options was asked to attend to investigate the opportunities to supply and install an air conditioning system to a small retail / farm shop to extend the products o%ered to the public. The building was empty of a traditional design being a single storey with pitched roof. The roof internally was pitched as opposed to having a dropped suspended ceiling installed which the client was keen to retain given this added great height and light to the interior. We reviewed the loadings and design criteria and recommend that the installation had a 4- way cassette type unit installed as manufactured by Daikin.
