C a s e s t u d y The Need: The Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) had selected Gilbane as their program manager to assist in the development of their master plan to provide its students and community a state of the art campus. One of the many projects taking place on the Tri-C campus is the $15 million East Health Careers and Technologies building. The principle challenge to the team was to maintain the defined budget, schedule, and proactively ensure that the new construction takes place seamlessly within the campus.
