1 Pagescase study Custom Color Polished Concrete Enhances 4 Floors in Wellseley’s Pendleton Hall West Project Overview Wellesley College was in the midst of their Pendleton Hall renovation which would expand the property to include a new build of Pendleton Hall West connecting to the existing building. Black Bear’s experience engineering custom colors was ideal to help the school design and install a new floor system for the hallways on four floors. The walls were all precast concrete and the college wanted the floors in the new building to accent the hallways.
