Curlex Scores Hole-in-One at TPC Golf Course
The new Tournament Players Club (TPC) of the Twin Cities in Blaine, Minnesota opened in 2000. It is owned and operated by PGA Tour Golf Properties (TGP). It is the home of the Coldwell Banker Burnet Senior Classic. This tournament is a regular stop on the PGA Senior Tour. Several years ago, TGP came into Blaine and decided to build a new World Class golf course. Then construction on the 18 million dollar project began. To sculpt the course and create some 27 ponds, Enebak Construction of Northfield, Minnesota was contracted to move approximately 5 million cubic yards of earth - about ten times more than that moved in a typical golf course project.
