Overview CSH Surrey is a not for profit social enterprise that provides community healthcare services and is co-owned by its employees. Employing approximately 750 people, the organization delivers a wide range of services to 300,000 patients. Challenge Under pressure to meet rising expectations from citizens and employees, CSH Surrey is always seeking new ways to improve opera- tional performance.
