Clifford Devlin were appointed to carry out remediation of asbestos-containing materials in social housing managed by the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The works were undertaken to facilitate a refurbishment programme carried out by Principal Contractor ENGIE Regeneration. The works included Notifiable and Non-Notifiable works. Asbestos Insulation Board (AIB) found in electrical cupboards and communal hallways was removed under fully-controlled conditions i.e. within air-tight enclosures. We liaised with the contractor and the Borough's Resident Liaison Officer to inform and, where necessary, decant residents prior to the works commencing.
