The Creating Community Justice Project was an initiative of the African Community Justice Program, a partnership between the Neighbourhood Justice Centre (NJC), the Brotherhood of St Laurence, Storyscape and Melbourne Playback. The program was based at the African Australian Community Centre in Footscray.
