Having a large client base, which includes residential, letting and commercial property management, it is essential that Ross & Liddell have a robust, scalable and efficient finance system. In 2012 Ross & Liddell’s legacy system was bespoke, based on old technology and quickly coming to the end of its shelf life. A replacement had to be found and installed quickly but it had to be the right fit, replacing everything they currently had and offering added functionality.
