Planning - Eradicate Japanese Knotweed from site. Problem - Courtyard area of site contaminated with Japanese knotweed, excavation not viable as there is no machinery access to courtyard. One stand of Japanese knotweed was originally present on the site; this was spread around the area during landscaping operations. The courtyard area could not be used by the residents due to the knotweed damaging block paving causing a trip hazard. IVM Solution - Implement IVM 'FAST' System eradication to courtyard area, allowing full eradication to be achived.
