These leaks were the result of defective polybutylene that was installed when the property was originally built. SageWater crews performed a property wide One Call Repipe of the residential units and clubhouse, replacing the polybutylene piping with corrosion-resistant CPVC piping within the building mains & risers, as well as the exterior building mains. As part of the repipe process, crews also performed concrete and drywall repairs, and painted all affected surfaces.
