Client Cotton Traders Stores Limited Completion date Ongoing Requirement The new management team wished to replace the paper based health and safety management system that was not adopted consistently across the company with a simpler more effective system. Cotton Traders now have over 120 outlets nationwide ranging from major stores in city centres to managed stores in designer outlets with small franchised stores in garden centres and at motorway services. Hamilton Deed have worked with, and continue to support Cotton Traders across all of their outlets. To date we have completed: • Production and implementation of a new health and safety management system • Fire risk assessments across all major and managed stores • Health and safety audits across all stores • Safety based training
