Following the demolition of two existing production facilities within the Spring Copse Business Park owned by Cordek, Brymor constructed two new production facilities, in two phases, for our Client. The Building 7 production facility formed Phase 1 of the contract and was built using CFA concrete insitu piles to the perimeter of the building, a pile capping beam to carry the external building cavity walls, a steel portal frame with composite roof, side elevation panels to ground level and external sectional folding shutter and steel personnel doors.
