Westminster Palace Gardens is a Grade II Listed Building located in the heart of Central London’s City of Westminster district. The project comprises the change of use of 22 suites from offi ce to residential and the refurbishment of one existing residential suite. The suites comprised a mix of open plan and cellular offi ces, requiring extensive building works to achieve open plan residential living, all to meet the client’s detailed brief. EHW were appointed on a full architectural service basis and the Grade II listing of the property required a sensitive approach. Many of the original architectural details and historic features have been retained to achieve Listed Building consent.
